Burnout makes you feel exhausted, stressed, and unmotivated , like you have nothing left to give. It can affect your body, mood, and how you think, making it hard to enjoy life or do your work.

 How to Make It Better:

  • Rest: Take breaks and get enough sleep

  • Talk: Share your feelings with someone you trust

  • Slow down: Don’t try to do everything at once

  • Take care of yourself: Eat well, move your body, and relax

  • Do what you love: Spend time on things that make you happy

👉 Burnout is your body’s way of saying “I need a break.” Listen to it.
